Originally launched in 1985, our Expedition collection was our first line of ruggedly capable, no-nonsense wristwatches. The Timex Atlantis, aptly named for its ability to withstand 100 meters of submergence, was one of the series' biggest sensations. In a nostalgic nod to its original 90s design, our latest take on the Atlantis stays true to form with a teal green and earthy brown 40mm resin case-a unique colorway that emerged as the clear favorite when we launched it alongside a dozen other styles almost three decades ago. Its adventurous ties to the Expedition collection mean this watch is equipped with a practical feature set-a chronograph, alarm, and countdown timer-all of which are illuminated by our INDIGLO back light for enhanced readability. The original mixed-material strap design also makes a comeback, incorporating both fabric and leather for comfortable, all-day wear.
1.SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
We offer complimentary Standard shipping. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped. For security reasons, your purchases will require a signature upon delivery. Please check the number of boxes delivered and make sure the package is not damaged in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or any discrepancy between the number of boxes delivered should be immediately notified by indicating in writing on the courier's delivery documents. Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make two delivery attempts. After the second failed attempt, your order will be returned to the sender.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.
2.WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You can find all information related to your order and its delivery status in your Order History.
3.CAN I CHOOSE A DELIVERY DATE/TIME?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time.
4.WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED YET?
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you:
* Check the order status in your Order History for registered users;
* Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct;
* In the case of a missed delivery please contact us.

5.PACKAGING
All orders will be delivered in a suitable our packaging. Orders will be shipped inside a secure and anonymous cardboard box.
6.WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?
According to the traffic regulation, you can open a claim for damages with the carrier under certain conditions.
On the day of delivery, you should accept the package with reservations and sign the receipt. Under the signature, you need to mention the reason, for ex: "damaged package", "crushed box", "open box", "wet box", etc..
You can thereafter proceed to open a claim with the carrier and also attach pictures of the damaged box to support your claim.
