First released in the 1970s, our original Q Timex watches gave a new generation a modern watch with quartz technology. Our Q Timex Reissue Day-Date circa 1975 has been recreated for today, with inspirations drawn from the louche glamor of 1970s fashion and design. Featuring a stainless-steel case and plated gold-tone finish, functional battery hatch, day/date display and a unique period-correct case design, the result is a refined watch that retains every ounce of soul and character from the era that inspired it.

1.SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

We offer complimentary Standard shipping. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped. For security reasons, your purchases will require a signature upon delivery. Please check the number of boxes delivered and make sure the package is not damaged in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or any discrepancy between the number of boxes delivered should be immediately notified by indicating in writing on the courier's delivery documents. Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make two delivery attempts. After the second failed attempt, your order will be returned to the sender.


All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.


2.WHERE IS MY ORDER?

3.CAN I CHOOSE A DELIVERY DATE/TIME?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time.


4.WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED YET?

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you:

* Check the order status in your Order History for registered users;

* Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct;

* In the case of a missed delivery please contact us.

5.PACKAGING

All orders will be delivered in a suitable our packaging. Orders will be shipped inside a secure and anonymous cardboard box.


6.WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?

According to the traffic regulation, you can open a claim for damages with the carrier under certain conditions.


On the day of delivery, you should accept the package with reservations and sign the receipt. Under the signature, you need to mention the reason, for ex: "damaged package", "crushed box", "open box", "wet box", etc..


You can thereafter proceed to open a claim with the carrier and also attach pictures of the damaged box to support your claim.
